lead + serve from a science based, resilience focused lens

Learn how to integrate trauma conscious care into your work space

Whether you are a clinician, educator, medical professional, team leader or any human who holds space for others, this is for you. Develop awareness of the physiological impact of trauma on nervous system function and how this creates shifts in capacity for both cognitive processes and relationship building.

Practice body based strategies for nervous system regulation that you can apply toward your own self keeping, toward coregulation with your teams, as well as to support with your clients.

Integrate a set of trauma informed best practices into your policies and procedures, that honor the lived experience of those you hold space with and for, aim to do no harm, and that center safety, equity and resilience for all.

— Shannon T.
“ I strongly recommend investing in Megan’s trauma workshop! She does not hold back on her knowledge + experience. I still refer back to materials she provided to us. I always suggest my yoga teachers take her training if they are interested in joining our team”
— Aylsia McKean, founder of The Mat Project

“This workshop was one of the best I’ve ever taken on Yoga for Trauma. Megan provided much practical information, along with the science behind a trauma-based practice. The four hours of the workshop flew by; it was densely packed with suggestions for poses and background content that can be readily applied to transforming a typical yoga practice into one that is trauma focused.”
— Chris Van Huysse, The Prison Yoga Project
